We need another Director (or two) - current Directors

FQ Management Company Block 1 - Nic Doczi, Olive Coleman, Simon Hines

FQ Management Company Block 2 - None at present!!!!

FQ Management Company Block III -  John Nelson, Ramsay Bayatti, Nic Doczi.

In order to safeguard the future of the Ferry Quays Estate, and ensure effective management, we need additional directors for the Block Management Companies, in particular, Block 2.

The Directors manage the managing agent and are responsible for the keeping of accounts and provision of services.

Qualifications:

You must be a unit holder (residential or commercial) of the relevant Block Company and registered as such. Payments to the management company must be up to date for all interests held.

You must be interested in the positive future of the Estate and surrounding area and be prepared to contribute to decision making.

You must be able to work effectively in a small group, with some degree of formality.

This is a legal position as a company director, registered at Companies House. Liability insurance is provided for all Directors

Tenure: Co-option till next AGM, when position will be voted on by the membership

Working hours: attendance at FQ Residents meetings each month, Board meetings every three months (plus any urgent meetings as required), managing agents review meetings, frequency to be defined, and of course, the AGM.

Remuneration:     Duties are performed voluntarily - we do this for love, though expenses could be paid.

Note, when resident directors assume control of 04074206 FERRY QUAYS MANAGEMENT COMPANY LIMITED, then the Block Company Directors will be asked to join the Board.
