Managing Agents and Estate Office (concierge)
Managing agents are appointed by the Directors of the various management companies.
Crabtree are the agents for the Ferry Quays blocks, ESH for the Estate area and car parks, while the new freehold owner has their own agent. Sorry for the complication but this is how it has evolved, and will be streamlined at some stage in the future.
